Solutions in all styles of laser marking are made possible by our purpose designed YAG Diode Laser, with its unique 250mm x 500 marking window.
Most laser marking equipment is operated via a single window marking surface area which can only be expanded by drawing the lazer vertically, in effect away from the object to be marked, and reducing the accuracy and definition of the marking.
Our solution was initially expensive but has proved to be very succesful for accurately marking items 'on mass', utilising a 'one hit' laser marking area of 250mm x 500mm. Utilising a full CNC controlled 3 axis machine, finely defined marking is made possible through 16 sectional windows, traversing across a fully calibrated table. 'C' axis rotational marking is also possible and depends on fixturing, component shape and size.
